Hi, I’m Mandy Coffey. I believe insurance is about people, not policies. Since 2004, I’ve enjoyed helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate life’s changes—from buying a first home to preparing for what comes next. My goal is simple: make insurance easier to understand so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

I’ve been with State Farm since 2004 and proudly opened my own State Farm agency in 2017. Today, my team and I serve customers throughout North and South Carolina, helping with everything from everyday insurance needs to conversations about protecting the people and things that matter most.

We believe insurance conversations should be simple, educational, and personalized. Whether you’re purchasing your first auto policy, buying a home, reviewing your coverage, or preparing for life’s next chapter, we take the time to listen, answer questions, and explain your options.

Our Harrisburg office proudly serves customers throughout the Charlotte area, including Concord, Harrisburg, Charlotte, Matthews, and surrounding communities. We offer Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Life, Health, Business, and Pet Insurance, along with financial services.

Over the years, our office has been recognized with State Farm Ambassador Club and Honors Club awards. While we’re proud of those accomplishments, what means the most to us is building lasting relationships with the people and families we serve. We want every customer to feel welcomed, informed, and supported whenever they contact our office.

When I’m away from the office, you’ll usually find me working in my cut flower garden, trying a new recipe, traveling with my husband Curt, enjoying live music, or spending time with our Australian Shepherd, Jake—who has become a familiar face around the office and on our social media pages.
